SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Agapé Candles Subscription Policy
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following non-negotiable terms:
1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & BILLING

All subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery frequency you select.

Your payment method will be charged on your renewal date without additional notice beyond our courtesy reminder email.
2. CANCELLATION DEADLINE

Subscriptions must be cancelled BEFORE your billing date to avoid charges.

Any cancellation after billing has occurred will apply to the next cycle. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. ALL SALES FINAL

Once a subscription order has processed and payment is collected, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, returns, or modifications will be granted under any circumstances.
4. EMAIL REMINDERS (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)

We provide email reminders as a courtesy prior to renewal.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email address is accurate, check all inbox folders (including spam), and manage their subscription prior to billing.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for:

Managing or cancelling your subscription before renewal

Keeping your payment and contact information up-to-date

Reviewing and accepting all subscription terms prior to enrollment

Agapé Candles is not responsible for missed reminders, outdated billing information, or late cancellations.
