SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Agapé Candles Subscription Policy

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following non-negotiable terms:

 

1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & BILLING

  • All subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery frequency you select.

  • Your payment method will be charged on your renewal date without additional notice beyond our courtesy reminder email.

 

2. CANCELLATION DEADLINE

  • Subscriptions must be cancelled BEFORE your billing date to avoid charges.

  • Any cancellation after billing has occurred will apply to the next cycle. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

3. ALL SALES FINAL

  • Once a subscription order has processed and payment is collected, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • No refunds, returns, or modifications will be granted under any circumstances.

 

4. EMAIL REMINDERS (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)

  • We provide email reminders as a courtesy prior to renewal.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email address is accurate, check all inbox folders (including spam), and manage their subscription prior to billing.

 

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are solely responsible for:

    • Managing or cancelling your subscription before renewal

    • Keeping your payment and contact information up-to-date

    • Reviewing and accepting all subscription terms prior to enrollment

     

Agapé Candles is not responsible for missed reminders, outdated billing information, or late cancellations.
