SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES
PROCESSING TIME: 
  • All orders have a processing time of 5-7 business days(This excludes weekends and holidays) before shipped.

  • Orders up to 20 lbs ship with 3 day or less service as follows, Packages with a destination within the Western region ship Via USPS Ground Advantage. Packages destined outside western region ship Via USPS Priority.
  • Orders over 20 lbs will be shipped UPS Ground.
  • Orders under 1lb may ship USPS Ground Advantage no matter the destination.
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:

  • Agapé Candles is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In the instance that your package is lost, stolen or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS office. Agape Candles cannot contact USPS or file a claim for your package as all mail is recognized as the property of the recipient. 
  • If you receive a package with broken items, you can submit a replacement claim to us via email: hello@shopagapecandles.com — PLEASE INCLUDE PHOTO PROOF OF DAMAGE. We will not be able to replace without proof of photo.
