SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES

PROCESSING TIME: 
  • All orders have a processing time of 5-7 business days(This excludes weekends and holidays) before shipped.
  • Once your order has processed and shipped we cannot make any changes or cancellations to the order.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
  • All orders will be shipped Via USPS with Tracking included.
  • Orders over 20 lbs may be shipped UPS Ground or shipped in multiple packages.


 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:

  • Agapé Candles is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In the instance that your package is lost, stolen or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS office. Agape Candles cannot contact USPS or file a claim for your package as all mail is recognized as the property of the recipient. 
  • If you receive a package with broken items, you can submit a replacement claim to us via email: hello@shopagapecandles.com — PLEASE INCLUDE PHOTO PROOF OF DAMAGE. We will not be able to replace without proof of photo.
