SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES
- All orders have a processing time of 5-7 business days and are then shipped via USPS priority mail.
- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:
- Agapé Candles is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In the instance that your package is lost, stolen or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS office.
If you receive a package with broken items, you can submit a replacement claim to us via email: email@example.com — PLEASE INCLUDE PHOTO PROOF OF DAMAGE. We will not be able to replace without proof of photo.
