HOW TO USE (STRING): Unscrew wooden top, remove plastic plug and discard. Screw wooden top back on and then turn upside down for approx. 10-15 seconds, allowing the fragrance to travel to the string. Turn right side up and hang in your car! To avoid spillage, keep the diffuser bottle right side up.
HOW TO USE (CLIP): Unscrew wooden top, remove plastic plug and discard. Attach the metal clip on the neck of the bottle, and screw wooden top back on. Insert reeds at the top and the oil will flow up. Attach to your vent and enjoy!

- All subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery frequency you select.
- Your payment method will be charged on your renewal date without additional notice beyond our courtesy reminder email.
2. CANCELLATION DEADLINE
- Subscriptions must be cancelled BEFORE your billing date to avoid charges.
- Any cancellation after billing has occurred will apply to the next cycle. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. ALL SALES FINAL
- Once a subscription order has processed and payment is collected, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- No refunds, returns, or modifications will be granted under any circumstances.

- We provide email reminders as a courtesy prior to renewal.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email address is accurate, check all inbox folders (including spam), and manage their subscription prior to billing.
